Biography
Being an international actress and an art director, Klara Mucci is no stranger to show business. While the guns at the hit Netflix crime show “Crooks”, where her character is entangled in the mob world have yet to cool down, she has already whipped out her ruthless mistress pop to the world’s stage.
Croatian-born and internationally acclaimed, Klara Mucci and her music are firmly rooted in her artistic experience. With over a hundred songs written and demoed, she is a singer-songwriter who is fearlessly exploring new sounds, breaking down barriers of what is comfortable.
The first single “Paperclip”, taken from her upcoming album, introduces her journey of musical self-discovery. In her debut, Klara Mucci is a feast for your eyes, bringing forth a mob wife aesthetic heavily inspired by her character from the top Netflix show “Crooks”. It perfectly blends her worlds of acting and music with her passion for production and design.
Building on her vast experience in movies and series, Klara Mucci mixes modern sounds with the ones reflecting her musical interests and the pop culture that surrounds her.
This leaves the core of her artistic expression highly visible, as dark and provocative lyricism are in abundance. Drawing parallels with Massive Attack meets M.I.A. meets Gwen Stefani, Klara’s Mucci’s music incorporates alternative R&B, pop and electronic music.
Occupied with acting roles in some of the biggest European productions and films, such as Netflix’s “The Crooks” and “Little Kingdom”, or “The Ibiza Affair” by Sky Original and the Cannes awarded “Murina”, splitting her time between European metropolitan cities, Mucci was equally determined to record her music. As a trained singer, she resolutely takes music writing and production into her own hands, introducing ruthless mistress pop to the world.
